Whether it's help keeping your site's content fresh, a question that you can't seem to find the answer to, or you just want the peace of mind knowing that your site is managed and maintained by the best team in the business, Alynnlee Productions has an experienced staff of developers, designers, and technology professionals eager to help out.  We offer a number of different support and maintenance options to suit your needs and budget, and if you aren't seeing what you are looking for, we'd be happy to tailor a support and maintenance plan to your specific requirements.  Our success has been built on exemplary customer satisfaction, so all of our options are "pay as you go" or month-to-month with no long term commitments or contracts to sign.  We are all located right here in the United States, so your call or email is not going to be transferred overseas.

All support and maintenance requests are billed hourly.  This includes time for discovery, consulting, programming, design, and general assistance.

Single Incident Support

We offer single incident support for clients without a support and maintenance plan.   There is a two hour minimum for each support incident ($190), which includes one hour of programming or assistance and one hour of general consulting.  If additional time is required it will be billed at our customary hourly rates.

Four-Star Maintenance

For clients that need assistance only occasionally with support or minor site updates:

  • $179/ month
  • No contract: monthly, paid in advance
  • Includes 1 or more requests up to 1 hour of support or site maintenance. Management of requests included.*
  • 8 business-hour response time for support requests
  • Once a month "Go Live" date for site changes included
  • Optional monthly site audit by request ($50)
  • No minimum billing on support, maintenance, and programming requests

Five-Star Maintenance

Higher availability and more hours for sites that have increased support needs and/or require small but routine updates to site content:

  • $399/month
  • No contract: monthly, paid in advance
  • Includes 1 or more requests up to 4 hour of support or site maintenance. Management of requests included.*
  • 4 business-hour response time for support requests
  • Priority handling of unscheduled requests (3-5 day turnaround)
  • Up to two "Go Live" dates per month included
  • Optional monthly site audit by request ($25)
  • No minimum billing on support, maintenance, and programming requests

Five-Diamond Maintenance

Our premier support and maintenance plan for sites that require the highest availability, fastest response times, and regular updates to content and features:

  • $899/month
  • No contract: monthly, paid in advance
  • Includes 1 or more requests up to 10 hour of support, site maintenance, or design and development.
  • Immediate emergency response during business hours
  • 2 business-hour response for general support requests
  • Priority handling of unscheduled requests (3 day turnaround)
  • Up to two "Go Live" dates per month
  • Free monthly site audit by request
  • Optional after-hours emergency support ($199/month)
  • 5% discount on Vibe Commerce and Alynnlee Productions standard billing rates**
  • No minimum billing on support, maintenance, and programming requests

Only need a few hours of support, but require an immediate response when you do?  Major content updates required once a week? Maybe you just fall somewhere in between our published plans and want to get the best value for your maintenance dollar. Now you can use our a la carte maintenance plan builder to develop a maintenance plan that provides no more and no less than exactly what you need to keep your website profitable and successful.

* Included support and site maintenance hours are valid for use on technical support requests and updates to existing website text or images.  Development of new features and concepts as well as complex programming tasks are not included and will be billed at our customary hourly rate.  This limitation does not apply to Five-Diamond Maintenance Subscribers

** 5% discount is valid on projects not exceeding 20 hours of combined development, design, and consulting.  Maintenance plan must be current and active during the period in which the work was performed as well as at the time of invoicing to receive the discount.
